Equipment Maintenance Technician

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician I to support our wholesale electronics operations. In this role, you will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and test equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure minimal downtime in a fast-paced distribution environment. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and test equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Inspect equipment to identify wear, safety risks, and performance problems
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS or logs
• Follow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and basic upgrades
• Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
