ARE YOU THE LEAD HVAC DUCTWORK INSTALLER WE'RE LOOKING FOR?- 2+ years of experience
- Trade school training
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to learn and take direction
- Professional and neat appearance
- Punctual
- English-speaking ability is preferred
As our Lead HVAC Ductwork Installer, you’ll oversee installation projects throughout the Greater Las Vegas Valley, reviewing project plans, coordinating your crew, and ensuring every ductwork system is installed with precision. You’ll measure, fabricate, and install ductwork components, troubleshoot challenges that arise in the field, and verify that systems are operating efficiently and meeting quality standards. Throughout each project, you’ll guide team members, communicate with homeowners, answer questions, and keep work moving smoothly from start to finish.
You’ll also maintain equipment, organize materials, complete project documentation, and take pride in delivering workmanship that helps create comfortable, healthier homes for every customer you serve.
