Noble Drilling is hiring Floor Hands in the Reno, NV area!
Noble Drilling is a leading provider in the oil and gas drilling industry, with 17 years of experience delivering safe, reliable, and efficient drilling operations. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Floor Hands.
Summary of ResponsibilitiesAs part of drill crew, a 4th or 5th Floor Hand operates machines and maintains equipment used in surface drilling operations. Most of their time is spent on the rig floor assisting the driller in a multitude of functions. Floor Hands normally work 12 hour shifts. Schedules will consist of 28 days on and 14 days off; working both days and nights.
Floor Hands are expected to represent his/her self and Noble Drilling in a good manner. Floor Hands should always follow the correct chain of command and report all safety problems or violations immediately.

- Minimum of 0-1 years related experience.
- Must successfully complete Noble Drilling’s industry specific training and orientation
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Average Shift: 12 hour work days
- Rotation: 28 days on 14 days off
Travel to rig location before tower begins.

Mathematical SkillsAbility to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability
to perform these operations using units of American money and weigh measurement, volume, and
distance.
Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
