Job # 86869

Job Category:
Labor

Position Type:
Direct

Duration: full time

Shift: 2

Would you like to bring your diesel experience to a company that has been part of Northern Nevada for more than a century? Are you looking for a hands-on position where you'll work on everything from diesel trucks and tractors to refrigeration units, trailers, lift gates, and fleet equipment? This is an opportunity to join a Reno-based company that has been producing and distributing high-quality products since 1906 and continues to be a trusted name throughout Northern Nevada.

You'll join an established operation where keeping the fleet running safely and reliably is critical to getting fresh products to customers every day. If you're a strong troubleshooter who enjoys figuring out what's wrong, making the repair, and getting equipment back on the road, this could be a great next move.

As a Diesel Technician, you'll be one of the first people called when a truck or tractor isn't performing the way it should. This isn't a position where you'll spend your entire shift performing the same repair. You'll troubleshoot and repair diesel trucks, tractors, refrigeration units, trailers, brakes, powertrains, suspension systems, electrical and pneumatic systems, lift gates, and more. We're looking for someone who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, working safely, and making sure equipment is ready when drivers and operations need it.
