We are hiring a full-time Mental Health Technician to support youth 9‑18 who exhibit behavioral and emotional difficulties associated with a variety of mental health diagnoses.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, HDFS or a closely related field required

You will provide behavioral management and case work services to youth in the after-school day treatment setting. With the support of caring and qualified clinicians, you will:

• Provide a full range of interventions including behavioral management, interpersonal effectiveness skills, interventions with schools and parents, family support and training, community transition, and self-management
• Plan and co‑lead psycho‑educational groups
• Maintain case files for each assigned youth
• Provide opportunities to connect with youth as you transport them to and from the afternoon day treatment program daily. A reliable vehicle, auto insurance, good driving record and a big heart is required
