Volunteers of America Northern California & Northern Nevada, Inc. is seeking a Diversion & Intake Specialist for the Nevada Cares Campus in Reno. This full-time overnight role runs 8:30 pm–7:00 am and supports adults experiencing homelessness with intake assessments, diversion, and housing referrals.
Responsibilities include triage, data entry into HMIS, scheduling, and coordinating with partner agencies. CPR/First Aid within 90 days is required; valid Nevada driver’s license and flexible hours
