Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to join a global production support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing business‑critical enterprise applications. This role is highly integration‑focused and works at the intersection of development, production support, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and support software solutions that operate within a highly integrated enterprise environment
- Participate across the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, auditing, and documentation
- Provide production support by troubleshooting complex issues across applications, interfaces, and integrated systems
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand upstream and downstream dependencies, data flows, and system touchpoints
- Analyze and support integration technologies such as APIs, web services, batch processes, and middleware components
- Investigate and resolve data and interface issues to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across systems
- Participate in software upgrades, fixes, patches, and vendor‑mandated changes with awareness of integration impacts
- Contribute to product design, bug verification, beta support, and technical research as needed
- Share knowledge and provide informal guidance to junior developers and support team members
- 5–7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- Strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL required
- Strong technical background supporting applications in a production environment with multiple integrations
- Hands‑on experience working with integration technologies such as APIs, interfaces, batch jobs, or middleware platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues that span multiple systems and teams
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with global, cross‑functional partners
- Experience acting as a technical resource or mentor to others
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain integration concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- A quality‑focused mindset with interest in improving system reliability, documentation, and support processes
