CDL-A Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Out 21 & Home 7 Earn $85-$105K/1st Yr (Full Time)

Class A CDL Truck Drivers with hazmat and tanker endorsement run a dedicated cryogenic account that pays a daily salary, offers excellent home time, and provides top-tier benefits. If you do not have cryogenic experience, training is provided.

• First‑year pay ranges from $85,000 to $106,000 with drivers starting at $300.30 per day, increasing by $3 per day every six months to a cap of $324 per day.
• Drivers willing to train new hires in cryogenics earn an additional $100 per day.

• Shadow training: you run your truck while the trainer runs theirs; no shared cab or double bunking.
• Paid $125 per day and a $1,000 bonus upon completion.
• Trucks assigned: 579 PETEs with automatic transmission; no slip seating.

• Full benefits commence after 60 days.
• One week vacation in the first 52 weeks.

• Drivers run dedicated regional or local accounts and must be willing to operate in all 48 states; opting out of any region is not allowed.
• Typical schedule:
  
  21 days out and up to 7 days home.
• Company pays for round‑trip flights when returning home; if within 200 miles of home, drivers drive home themselves.
• Home time may be reduced below 7 days or out time extended beyond 21 days, but maximum home stay per trip is 7 days unless vacation is taken.
• Flier requirement: drivers must be willing to fly home; otherwise, hiring will not proceed.

Must possess a Class A CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements at time of application.

• At least one year of OTR or Regional driving within the last three years.
• Relatively clean MVR.
• No more than five Class A CDL driving jobs in the last five years.

• Felonies of any kind disqualify candidates.
• Failure or refusal to complete a DOT drug test, regardless of SAP completion, renders a candidate ineligible.
