Qualifications

Minimum 3 months of verifiable, similar tractor‑trailer experience in the last 6 months (all with 1 carrier)

Minimum 6 months of verifiable, similar tractor‑trailer experience in the last year

Minimum 1 year of verifiable, similar tractor‑trailer driving experience in the last 5 years

Drivers operate in CA, NV, WA, UT,  OR.

Monday - Friday
Start times: 6PM-11PM
Driver will average a 10‑12 hour day.
Driver will be out overnight 2‑3 nights per week in the truck.

• Use lift gates and unload and reload auto parts using an electric pallet jack.
• Reload only if there are returns of auto parts from the dealership.
• Cover a different solo route or team route when needed due to PTO, call outs, or customer surges.
• When covering team routes may deliver to , WA, CA, and OR.
• Delivery locations include Nampa, La Grande, Hermiston, Union Gap, Pasco, Spokane, and Lewiston.

• Cent per mile rate: $0.60‑$0.70.
• Stop pay: $45 per stop.
• Safety training: $20 per hour.
• Outsource pay: $350 per day (working another account).
• New hire training period: $200 per day.
• Holiday pay: $200 per day.
• Average annual earnings over last 6 to 12 months: $84,000.
• Frequent home time.
• Onsite management.
• Paid online orientation.
