We're currently hiring an experienced Dock Worker for a busy distribution environment in Reno. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and long-term potential.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am-3:30 pm Pay: $23.50/hr | Type: Temp-to-Hire
Position Overview
As a Dock Worker, you'll support daily warehouse and freight operations, ensuring shipments are loaded, unloaded, and processed safely and efficiently.
Key Job Duties
- Freight loading and unloading - moving inbound and outbound shipments using pallet jacks.
- Palletizing and staging - organizing freight for transport and verifying load accuracy
- Scanning and documentation - using RF scanners to track inventory and shipments
- Dock organization - maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dock area
- Material handling - lifting, stacking, and securing freight
- Safety compliance - following all warehouse and OSHA safety procedures
