Position Details

• Department: Shipping
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
• Pay: $20.99/hour
• Location: Reno, NV
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Shipping Associate with strong warehouse and forklift experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying physically active, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to a strong safety-first work culture
• Read and interpret pick tickets to accurately identify products
• Safely load pipe and materials onto outbound trucks
• Unload inbound trucks and properly stage pipe in the yard
• Ensure correct product rotation using first-in/first-out (FIFO) inventory practices
• Repackage materials as needed, including cutting dunnage and reapplying banding
• Assist with general yard maintenance and organization
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals

Requirements

• Previous warehouse shipping experience required
• Forklift experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy materials
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
