CH-47D Helicopter Mechanic

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
• Legal US work status
• Current US driver’s license
• Valid US Passport
• USFS cardable
• Minimum 6 years’ experience maintaining civilian CH47D helicopters
• Must have a minimum of six months helicopter maintenance experience during the past 24 months
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50lbs and climb ladders
• Requires the ability and/or willingness to work on days, nights, weekends, on-call and in remote locations while on shift
• Must have or be able to acquire a drivers DOT medical
• Ability & willingness to drive truck/trailer combination
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Inspection Authorization and additional FAA ratings is a plus
• Experience with other helicopter platforms
• Manufacturer training or military equivalent on CH-47D
• Class A Combination CDL license
• Avionics experience
• Structures / sheet metal experience
• Veryon Maintenance Software
