Material Handler/Forklift Driver

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday.

Hourly Rate: $20.00. Up to $22.50 for hours worked between 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

Regular OT and occasional Saturdays as needed.

The Material Handler/Forklift Driver is responsible for moving assets/materials safely using industrial power trucks and is expected to move material on foot or by powered equipment. This position supports the operation by working in one or more of the following areas: receiving, storing, picking and shipping, with operation of Order Picker, Reach lift, and/or Stand‑up/Sit‑down lift.

• Responsible for labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are met
• Support one or more departments: storing, receiving, space management
• Transport, staging, and storing of product
• Maintain work and product store areas
• Must be experienced with operating an order picker and reach truck forklift
• This position requires use of handheld and/or tablet
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Ensure quantity, quality, and accuracy of throughput
• Ensure equipment is in safe operating condition by appropriate inspections

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to regularly operate a computer for basic functions
• Ability to operate an order picker and reach truck forklift
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to contribute to department‑wide production and quality goals
• Comfortable working under high productivity and quality standards
• Team‑orientation and opportunity as an individual contributor

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized ernal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
