Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and serve and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor and outdoor deliveries of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining professional and safe practices
• Comply with all driving and vehicle regulations

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years old
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of prior employment
