Manages freight routing, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Reno candidates are prioritized for hybrid participation, while remote candidates are fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.

• Assign and track freight loads
• Maintain operational documentation and dispatch logs
• Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to drivers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate dispatch records
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with Oregon-based management to ensure alignment
• Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
• Time management and multitasking skills
• Experience optional; full training provided
