System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes. Drivers will transport important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a limited‑time $5,000 hiring bonus.

• Home Time: Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset

Weekly Pay: $903.55 – $2,021.54 per week
Annual Pay: $46,984.82 – $ per year
Actual pay depends on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Bonus: Earn a $5K Hiring Bonus, paid in four installments of $1,250 over a 12‑month period for active employees. Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving. Owner‑operators and trainees with less than four months of CDL‑A experience are not eligible.

Full pay package also includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimension pay where applicable.

System Transport offers a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation in the first two weeks.

• Required: Valid Class A CDL
• Required: 21 years of age or older
• Required: Clean driving record
• Required: No more than six jobs in the last three years
• Required: At least 4 months of driving experience
• Preferred: One year of truck driving experience (not required)
• Required: Background Check
• Required: Clean Drug Test
• Required: Clean Clearinghouse result
• Required: Physically capable of lifting a 90‑lb tarp onto a 5‑ft high platform twice (testing during orientation)
