Warehouse Temp Staff

Duration: March 9, 2026 - June 30, 2026. Contract on w2

Payrate: $17/hr. on w2 without benefits.

Locations: Reno, NV 89511.

Shift: 1st shift, Monday to Friday

Interviews: In-person

Required: BG and DT required

• This position is a specialized warehouse operations role that supports the election process. As part of the team, you would be responsible for handling and organizing election equipment and supplies, maintaining secure storage areas, and ensuring all materials are prepared and tracked according to strict chain-of-custody procedures.
• Complete required training on warehouse operations, safety, and election material handling
• Build, organize, and maintain equipment vaults and secured storage areas
• Receive, sort, label, and track election equipment and supplies
• Assist with staging and preparation for Pre-LAT (Logic & Accuracy Testing of equipment), including organizing machines, materials, and documentation
• Provide operational support during the Primary Election cycle (equipment preparation, movement, and logistics)
• Support post-election warehouse processes including intake, inspection, inventory, and reorganization
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse work spaces
• Adhere to all election security and chain-of-custody procedures

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to noise and the outdoors.
• Ability to travel to different sites and locations.
• Ability to work in both a professional office and warehouse environment
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays in preparation and during elections.
