Position Summary

Warehouse Associate II at Dal‑Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries.

• Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
• Pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy, conduct inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor products, maintain displays, move, store, and replenish material, conduct daily cycle counts.
• Receiving duties: receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, process customer returns, notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, removing trash, maintaining restrooms, and performing general office maintenance.
• May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
• Maintain a safe working environment by obeying safety rules and reporting accidents.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, fluency in English, detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious.

• Regularly stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
• Required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• May sit, climb, balance, talk, or hear; specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
