Warehouse Associate - Weekday Shift

We are now hiring Warehouse Associates at our Reno Fulfillment Center!

Part‑time: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM – Monday and Tuesday

Full‑time: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Starting rate: $18.00 per hour.

Retention bonus: Full‑time workers eligible for up to $400 after 90 days;
Part‑time workers eligible for up to $200 after 90 days.

• Unload containers of product from trucks in the inbound area of the warehouse.
• Receive training for either picking or packing production areas.
• When in picking or packing, meet daily performance goals and targets for customer orders using an RF scanner; pack orders quickly, securely, and efficiently, and label boxes for shipping using a computer.
• Help maintain an organized, clean warehouse and comply with OSHA and other safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Physical requirements:
  
  stand, walk, bend, squat continually for shifts of 10 hours or longer; push/pull carts and lift up to 50 lb during a shift; reach above shoulder level frequently; work in a temperature‑varying warehouse environment; work around equipment, forklifts, large trucks, and loud noise.
• Candidate must be at least 18 years old, legally able to work in the United States, and willing to submit to a background check.
