The Machine Operator IC Cycle Count Associate at S&S Activewear is a fast paced physically demanding position responsible for multiple tasks throughout the warehouse including the operation of different machinery such as the cherry picker and stock chaser for restocking, retrieving, and reviewing of inventory from both the floor locations and up‑stock storage areas. They will perform counts and recounts, verify inventories and report discrepancies.

$22.15 hourly

Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, Full‑time, Non‑Exempt

• Efficiently and accurately retrieve and stage product to meet safety, security, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Operate machinery including the cherry picker, pallet jacks, and stock chasers (certification required).
• Meet key performance indicators for safety, quality, production, and efficiency.
• Report and record any discrepancy, damaged item, shortage, or unidentified package to supervisor.
• Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the distribution center.
• Follow all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
• Act professionally and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be willing to cross‑train for warehouse associate tasks.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and machinery.
• Comfortable using electronic devices.
• Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Basic math skills and quick, accurate counting.
• Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantities, labels, and SKU information.
• Flexible with start and departure times.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to work independently without close supervision.
• Responsible for any additional duties assigned.

Stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling items up to 50 lbs. Requires moderate hand‑eye coordination, near vision, far vision, and hearing for operation of warehouse machinery.

• Warehouse setting with conditions ranging from warm to cool.
• Near warehouse machines and equipment with moderate noise levels.
