Outbound Verification Specialist (Weekend) – $21.84 /hr
Hours:
Friday to Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Position SummaryThe Outbound Verification Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures to supply the correct Greenworks product to the customer promptly. The role involves reviewing digital orders in SAP, generating labels, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with loading products as needed. Strong attention to detail and compliance with guidelines are essential.
Responsibilities- Computer
Experience:
SAP/ERP preferred, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and ADP. - Verification Process:
- Review order details in SAP.
- Confirm item number on Outbound Delivery Order (ODO).
- Verify product model number and print labels.
- Label containers and prepare product for shipment.
- Load outbound trucks as required.
- Complete Hazmat/IATA training for global shipping of hazardous materials.
- Comply with all safety and quality standards.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with teammates to support an inclusive and diverse work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and problem resolution.
- Escalate compliance concerns to the supervisor and management immediately.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts for orders.
- Returns:
- Unload trucks by hand or using pallet jacks.
- Partner with other departments to return product to inventory or issue refunds.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Clean aisles of debris.
- Dispose of trash and sweep areas.
- Clean trailers and containers.
- Stack and unstack pallets to eliminate trip hazards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support department operations.
- Basic mathematics and computer knowledge.
- Read and follow standard operating procedures for pallet stacking.
- Use a manual or motorized pallet jack.
- Lift and perform manual handling tasks ranging from 5 to 50 lbs; team lift 50 lbs+ during shift.
- Perform reaching, bending, stooping, twisting, and forward/backward motions during shift.
- Knowledge of operating a wrap machine (preferred).
- Pass all pre-employment screening and drug testing.
- At least one year using SAP or similar tracking programs.
- At least one year of general computer experience.
