* Job Summary:
** The Inventory Controller is responsible for the digital tracking and issuance of Elite Spice Inventory, while meeting company and customer requirements. This is an onsite position (no remote work) at our Reno, NV facility. Shift hours are Monday - Friday, 6am to 2:30pm.
** Essential Duties****:
*** Complete data entry for material moving into stock, out of stock and transfers between warehouses.
* Issue product accurately while ensuring customer requirements are met.
* Effectively communicate verbally and electronically with various internal departments regarding status of orders/requests.
* Check physical inventory stock against the digital inventory to ensure quantities on hand are accurate.
* Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
* Comply with all of Elite Spice’s policies, procedures, general safety, and food safety guidelines.
* Attend all applicable meetings and trainings
* Perform other tasks as directed by your supervisor
** Tools and Equipment:
*** Computer* Scanner/printer
* Multi- line phones
** Physical Demands:
*** Sitting, standing and walking frequently
* Constant repetitive movement of hands
* Lift and carry up to 50lbs
* Twisting, kneeling and bending occasionally
** Environment:
*** Occasional exposure to dust, spices, heat, and cold## Qualifications

* Qualifications:
*** Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong research and analytical skills
* Willingness to learn and adapt
* Strong organizational skills
* Ability to attentively and consistently follow up on all items until completion
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Must possess time-management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong worth ethic and great attitude.
* Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Adobe Acrobat experience preferred
* Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
