Warehouse Associate - Entry Level

Entry Level Warehouse Associate – Join our team and help keep our facility clean, safe, and accident free.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (plus overtime as needed).

Starting at $19 per hour and up based on experience.

• Safely operate a sit‑down forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders.
• Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean workspace and help keep the facility safe.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including proper PPE usage, such as a safety harness with a 400 lb capacity.

• 0–3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management (preferred).
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self‑starter capable of learning our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Able to lift items up to 50 lb regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

$16.39 – $24.58 per hour.

Estimated ranges displayed are monthly for salaried roles or hourly for all other roles. This role is bonus or incentive plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
