This is a full‑time position of 40 hours. Working Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM). No weekends or holidays. Paid time off includes 18 days available during your first year. Imperial offers Day 1 benefits including medical, dental, vision. Six paid holidays and the company contributes 6% to a 401 K with immediate vesting.
CompensationThe anticipated rate of pay for this position is $18.00 – $19.75. The pay range reflects the potential base pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual base pay compensation will depend, in part, on factors such as geographic work location and relevant experience and skills.
The anticipated compensation range described above is subject to change and the compensation ultimately paid may be higher or lower than the range described above. Imperial reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate its compensation and benefit programs in its sole discretion at any time, consistent with applicable law.
Responsibilities- Safely and accurately pick orders and count using powered industrial equipment.
- Check and box picked product.
- Package inbound material using a package labeling system and printers, automated packaging equipment, scales, tape guns, mechanical stapler, and shrink wrapping.
- Document packaging activity using RFID scanners and keyboard data entry.
- Maintain stock of packaging supplies at packaging stations.
- Pick orders using powered industrial equipment, label printers, RFID scanners, and keyboard data entry.
- Perform cart put‑away using powered industrial equipment.
- Restock and pick using powered industrial equipment.
- Assist with inventory counting.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and spend most of the time standing and walking in a warehouse environment.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- One (1) year of general knowledge of distribution or manufacturing operations.
