Reno Carpentry is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse / Hardware Associate. This position reports directly to the Shop Foreman.

• Must have strong proven inventory control experience.
• Shipping & Receiving Accuracy, Verifying orders, Pulling orders, Following Work Orders, Receiving, and order reconciliation.
• Associate will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and accuracy.
• Work directly with Production Manager, and Shop Foreman.
• Forklift certification, with ability to move large units of material with lift.
• Work with delivery driver to ensure order accuracy.
• Pull and stage Hardware orders.
• May also require some wood working and shop work.
• Ability to read tape measure.

• Perform quarterly Full Inventory Valuations.
• Perform regular cycle counting.
• Work with Shop Manager to create organized inventory storage.
• Labeling and marking shelved goods.
• Develop improved inventory control systems.

• Shipping / Receiving / Inventory control 4+ years experience.
• Door hardware experience is a big plus.

Work schedule is as follows: 6:00am to 2:30pm Mon thru Friday.

Position is hourly and will depend on experience. There will be a 90 day review period after which an increase may or may not be given depending on attendance and performance review.

Pay: $18-$20 per hour depending on experience.
