- Restock Driver (Mon-Fri)
The Restock Driver will retrieve inventory from floor locations and up‑stock storage for product transfers and deliver to designated areas for stocking or shipment. The Restock Driver operates machinery following all safety rules and regulations.
Schedule & CompensationMonday
- Friday, 1pm - 9:30pm (Full Time, Non‑Exempt)
Hourly Rate: $22.15
What You Will Do- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet jack, scanners, tablets, and company WMS).
- Perform daily safety inspection checklists for all equipment.
- Maintain productivity minimums (CPH) with a sense of urgency.
- Retrieve inventory from up‑stock and floor locations, deliver to designated areas.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse software.
- Act professionally, remain focused while working.
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment.
- Follow leadership directions.
- Perform cleaning activities as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- High School Diploma
- In good standing with the company
- Ability to read and understand pick tickets and labels written in English
- Ability to use electronic devices
- Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers quickly and accurately
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Detail‑oriented
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
- Ability to prioritize assignments to meet cut off times
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Ability to learn or be trained on power equipment (Order Picker, Reach Truck, Stock Chaser, Pallet Jack, Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, etc.)
- Willing to perform other duties as required
- Able to work overtime if required
Must wear proper safety equipment if required (e.g., safety toe shoes, bump caps, safety vest). PPE is company‑provided with a $100 stipend on safety‑toe shoes after 90 days of employment if required for the role.
Physical DemandsStand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling items up to 50 lbs. Requires moderate hand‑eye coordination, near and far vision, hearing.
Working Environment- Performed entirely in the warehouse with conditions ranging from warm to cool.
- Surrounded by warehouse machines and equipment with moderate noise level.
