Warehouse Coordinator

Intermountain Electric (IME) is an electrical contracting company headquartered in Denver, CO, with operations nationwide.

Warehouse Coordinator at IME’s Reno location. Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of the Fleet and Tools & Equipment department, ensuring efficient planning, organizing, receiving, storage, and distribution of all items used on job sites.

• Tools & Fleet Operations: Oversee daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing tools, equipment, and fleet. Fulfill orders promptly and accurately, coordinate with PM and Field teams, operate forklift, and maintain vehicle tracking software.
• Inventory Management: Maintain inventory levels, conduct audits, implement control strategies, and enforce uniform procedures for tools, fleet, and supplies.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficient processes, quality control measures, and cost‑saving opportunities for the department.

• Physical stamina to kneel, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 lbs.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse or logistics (preferred).

IME offers a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage, paid time off, a fully vested 401(k) with generous match, and other benefits. Base salary ranges from $32,275 to $47,725, based on education, experience, and skills.
