We are looking for a new Replenishment Supervisor to join our growing Inbound Team and Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report to the Inventory Control Manager and is responsible for the oversight, development, and accountability of the Replenishment Team.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt

Location: 196,000 sq. ft. in Reno, NV at 9460 N. Virginia St., Suite C, Reno, NV 89506

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. PT

Salary: $66,000 – $83,000 per year



Please note:

Training for this position will be Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm PST for the first 2 weeks.

Responsibilities
  • Lead shift start-up meetings and relay staffing/volume concerns to the Inventory Control Manager
  • Assign work to replenishment associates
  • Ensure priority replenishments and non-priority replenishments are completed by provided deadlines
  • Check inventory discrepancies identified during replenishment
  • Track performance of each team member and provide consistent feedback and regular check-ins
  • Ensure individual and departmental KPI success
  • Conduct monthly check-ins with each member of the replenishment team to establish rapport and provide feedback
  • Immediately address all personnel and performance-related incidents that arise
  • Ensure associates’ timecards are accurate and up to date
  • Attend and participate in HR Leadership meetings twice a month
  • Execute process improvements developed in partnership with the Inventory Control Manager to support growth
  • Execute all projects assigned by the Inventory Control Manager
  • All members of leadership are expected to lead by example and maintain professional standards in the workplace
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or distribution environment
  • Proven experience overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, and ensuring adherence to productivity and quality standards
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and develop associates to achieve departmental goals
  • Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and standard operating procedures
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and ability to promote a safe and compliant work environment
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory, supply chain, and logistics concepts
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong problem solving and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and follow processes and standard procedures
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 60 pounds of force independently
  • Employees are expected to seek help or use appropriate equipment to ensure safety for any task involving pushing or pulling that exceeds 60 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8–10 hours and up to 20,000 steps per day
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally to implement process improvements or operational initiatives
  • Familiarity with performance management, including conducting feedback sessions and supporting employee development
