In this hands-on position, you will safely disassemble HVAC systems and recover parts and materials for recycling, reclamation, or proper disposal. Position Type: Contract to Hire

Pay: $19.00 per hour

• Follow established procedures for safe and thorough material recovery
• Disassemble HVAC systems and components
• Handle and sort materials throughout the reclamation process
• Use hand and power tools, including metal-cutting saws
• Identify and report possible equipment issues
• Follow environmental and workplace safety standards
• Maintain attention to detail and produce quality work
• Cross-train and assist in other areas based on workload

• Able to pass drug screen including THC
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and their environmental impact
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to work around dust and oil
• Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to handle and sort different types of materials
• Positive attitude and team-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Work outside under awning

• This is more than a general labor position. You will help recover reusable parts, properly sort recyclable materials, and support responsible disposal practices. Every system you disassemble contributes to a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable operation.
