In this hands-on position, you will safely disassemble HVAC systems and recover parts and materials for recycling, reclamation, or proper disposal. Someone with manufacturing or construction experience who enjoys working with tools, staying active, and being part of a dependable team will fit right in. Your work will help support environmental responsibility while keeping the recovery process safe, organized, and efficient.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

What You'll Do- Follow established procedures for safe and thorough material recovery
- Disassemble HVAC systems and components
- Handle and sort materials throughout the reclamation process
- Use hand and power tools, including metal-cutting saws
- Identify and report possible equipment issues
- Follow environmental and workplace safety standards
- Maintain attention to detail and produce quality work
- Cross-train and assist in other areas based on workload
- Able to pass drug screen including THC
- Previous manufacturing or construction experience
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, and their environmental impact
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work around dust and oil
- Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy objects
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to handle and sort different types of materials
- Positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Work outside under awning
- This is more than a general labor position. You will help recover reusable parts, properly sort recyclable materials, and support responsible disposal practices. Every system you disassemble contributes to a safer, cleaner, and more sustainable operation.
