Picking Associate

Arrow Electronics is seeking a part-time Picking Associate to support our wholesale distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately select, scan, and stage electronic components and related products for customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to verify items, maintain inventory accuracy, and meet productivity and quality goals. Working within Arrow's performance-driven and collaborative culture, you will follow safety standards, support continuous improvement, and help ensure timely, precise order fulfillment for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse locations based on order requirements
• Scan, label, and verify items to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity
• Prepare picked items for packing and shipment according to Arrow standards
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to update order and inventory status
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy targets in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize and complete orders
• Assist with basic inventory counts, stock replenishment, and material handling as needed
