Warehouse Associate

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to support our Distribution & Logistics operations in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this role, you will receive, pick, pack, and ship electronic components and IT products with accuracy and speed, using RF scanners and warehouse systems. You'll follow strict safety and quality standards, handle sensitive technology, and help maintain inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive, pick, pack, and ship electronic components and IT products
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and orders
• Load, unload, and stage materials using pallet jacks and material-handling equipment
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy and quality checks
• Follow safety, ESD, and handling procedures for sensitive electronic components
• Maintain clean, organized work areas to support efficient warehouse flow
• Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and on-time shipping goals
