Material Handler​/Forklift Driver

Arrow Electronics seeks a Material Handler / Forklift Driver to support our wholesale electronics distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move electronic components, ensuring timely and accurate flow of materials. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, and storing inventory; picking and staging orders; performing cycle counts; and maintaining clean, organized warehouse areas. You'll use warehouse systems to track stock and follow strict safety and quality standards while collaborating with a high-performing, innovative logistics team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move electronic components and materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for outbound shipments to wholesale and enterprise customers
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management or ERP systems
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation and stock rotation (FIFO)
• Ensure materials are stored, labeled, and organized according to company standards and safety regulations
• Inspect equipment before use and report or escalate maintenance and safety issues
• Follow all OSHA, warehouse safety, and Arrow Electronics handling procedures and guidelines
