Picking Associate

Arrow Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Picking Associate to support our wholesale distribution operations. In this role, you will accurately pick, stage, and prepare electronic components and IT products for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse systems. Responsibilities include verifying orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, labeling and packing products, and following safety and quality standards. You'll work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to meet performance targets and delivery timelines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick electronic components and IT products based on customer orders
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to locate, verify, and record inventory
• Stage, label, and pack orders according to company and customer specifications
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper counting, handling, and storage
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
• Support shipping and receiving processes as needed
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely
• Follow all safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and on-time performance targets
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure efficient workflow
