Material Handler​/Forklift Driver

Arrow Electronics seeks a reliable Material Handler/Forklift Driver to support our wholesale electronics distribution operations. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move electronic components, accurately pick and stage orders, and maintain organized inventory within our warehouse. You'll use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track materials, follow strict safety and quality procedures, and collaborate with a performance-driven, innovative team focused on serving global industrial and commercial customers efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload electronic components and products
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately according to work orders and pick lists
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and material movements
• Perform receiving, put-away, and replenishment of stock while maintaining warehouse organization
• Conduct basic inventory control tasks, including counts and verification of shipments
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards in compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet productivity and shipping deadlines
• Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
