** Return to Vendor Warehouse Associate
** RC Willey is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Return to Vendor (RTV) Warehouse Associate to manage the return process for various products. In this role, you’ll assess the nature of returned merchandise, verify claims, and request return authorizations from vendors. You’ll also maintain a well-organized RTV area, schedule returns with couriers, and communicate with vendors regarding product concerns. ** Key Responsibilities
*** Assess the nature of the returned product (appliances, furniture, electronics, etc.)
* Verify claims and request return authorizations from vendors concerning the product.
* Organize and maintain work areas for RTV items.
* Schedule merchandise returns with various couriers.
* Email vendors on a daily basis regarding various product concerns
* All other duties as assigned
** Skills and Qualifications
*** Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Must be able to write in a professional business manner i.e. correct grammar, spelling, punctuation
* Must be motivated and able to work without supervision
* Familiarity with RC Willey products helpful.
* Must be able to analyze problems, form solutions and make the best decision
* Knowledge of RC Willey’s computer system preferred
* Must be organized and professional at all times
* Must be able to physically move and lift furniture items of all shapes and sizes
