Seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to establish and maintain assigned accounting systems, recommend process improvements, assist with monthly financial reporting, and prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP
.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor accounting systems
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with GAAP
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Analyze financial data and ensure accurate reporting
- Recommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controls
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance in financial records
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of professional accounting or financial management experience
- Experience in government, commercial, or public accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage and improve accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- USD $35–$55 per hour
