Key Responsibilities for Accounts Payable Specialist
- Manage weekly check runs, processing approximately 40–50 payments per week.
- Review, code, route, and enter invoices into Net Suite, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Monitor and support both automated and manual invoice workflows, following up as needed to keep invoices moving through the approval process.
- Process and manage employee and company expenses through Ramp.
- Set up and maintain vendor records while ensuring accurate data within the accounting system.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist
- Prior Accounts Payable experience, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor setup.
- Experience with Net Suite, Ramp, or comparable ERP and expense management systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy.
