Senior Accountant
Location:
Renton, WA On Site
Salary: $105,000-$145,000 DOE

- Reconcile property and corporate billback transactions
- Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support intercompany accounting and institutional reporting requirements
- Improve and document accounting workflows, policies, and procedures
- Partner with the Controller on accounting projects and process enhancements
- Strong Yardi software experience preferred
- Senior-level multifamily property accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with intercompany accounting and institutional reporting
