The Administrative Assistant supports front-office operations by providing professional administrative, clerical, and customer service support. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented individual who enjoys multitasking in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors professionally
- Answer and route phone calls using proper etiquette
- Manage visitor sign-in and front desk coverage
- Sort and distribute mail
- Assist with resident billing, trust funds, deposits, and petty cash tracking
- Maintain office supplies, business materials, and front desk resources
- Complete data entry, typing, mailings, and general office tasks
- Maintain accurate resident records, directories, and mailing lists
- Assist with tours and provide basic community information
- Support dietary billing, guest meal tracking, and invoice entry
- Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of administrative or related experience preferred
- Valid Washington State Driver’s License
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and basic data entry
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and assist as needed
