About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a growing construction team in the Seattle area. This role will support Project Managers and field teams throughout the lifecycle of commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and possesses strong communication and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction projects.
- Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout packages.
- Coordinate communication between clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams.
- Assist with permit applications, inspections, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate project records and ensure document control procedures are followed.
- Assist with procurement activities, material tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Support invoicing, budget tracking, and project cost reporting.
