Overview
SPR’s Non‑Concessional Lending Division (NL) seeks an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the division chief and deputies, providing administrative and organizational support to staff within the division.
Responsibilities- Manage the workflow of the unit, monitoring the flow of information and tracking shifting priorities.
- Monitor the unit’s busy work agenda and action items, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Proof‑read all documents and transmit them for review to Management and the Board.
- Schedule and prepare meetings.
- Process reviews through eReview (country and policy).
- Arrange travel and manage expense reports.
- High school diploma or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience.
- External candidates must have at least two (2) of the six required years in a lead role.
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, exercising initiative, sound judgment, and discretion.
- Strong administrative, technological, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Fund practices and procedures, familiarity with Fund software applications (particularly Word and Excel), and systems including People Soft FINPROD and HRPROD.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks, and work accurately under pressure.
- Flexibility with working hours and willingness to work overtime on short notice.
Selected candidates will receive a 3‑year Term appointment in accordance with the Fund’s new employment rules effective May1,2015. Regular staff members will maintain their open‑ended status, while contractual employees will be offered a Term staff appointment. Term appointees may receive extensions as permitted under current terms.
LocationOnly candidates residing in the WashingtonDC metro area will be considered.
