Program Analyst, Consulting Division
The Program Analyst supports the delivery of complex consulting projects in strategic planning, organizational assessments, regulatory reform, operational efficiency, and change management for public and private sector clients. Reporting to the Vice President of Consulting, this role combines analytical rigor, project coordination, and client service. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with strong data synthesis, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
- Assist with consulting projects including data analysis, research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive audiences.
- Track project milestones and coordinate internal meetings and deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and support knowledge management in SharePoint.
Client Coordination
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, interviews, and surveys.
- Support stakeholder communications and maintain organized project records.
Business Development
- Research and qualify potential clients and partnerships.
- Track leads, assist with proposals, and help manage CRM data.
- Identify and evaluate relevant RFPs and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in consulting, government, or strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint; CRM experience a plus.
- PMP certification a plus but not required.
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
