The Boeing Company is looking for an Aviation Industry Analyst (Mid-level or Senior) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Marketing team in Renton, Washington.

Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ Marketing team is looking for a Market Analyst to help us to continue our industry leading understanding of aviation market trends and future airplane requirements. We are looking for a highly analytical person who thinks strategically and is skilled at sharing insights with a range of audiences.

• Research and analyze market trends that will shape future passenger and cargo airplane demand including economic, airline, technical and regulatory factors
• Develop models and analytical solutions to support market forecasts, scenario planning and strategic business needs
• Create executive‑ready reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights and implications to internal and external audiences
• Develop and deliver market presentations and industry white papers

• A curious mind and a strong interest in the aviation industry
• 5+ years of experience analyzing economic and/or market data
• Experience with advanced data processing tools and languages
• Experience giving executive level or customer presentations

• 7+ years of experience analyzing aviation, travel, hospitality, or transportation market trends and data
• Demonstrable understanding of modelling techniques for identifying relationships and predicting outcomes in variable time horizon applications, as well as scoping/implementing analytic solutions with large and imperfect data sets
• Proficiency in database querying and advanced MS Office skills.
• Demonstrated experience conducting and presenting market analysis in consulting, business economics, strategy or industry organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 3 $ 107, 100 - $144,900

Level 4 $ 138,550 – $187,450
