Hasbro’s Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization is building a unified commerce platform that powers fan experiences across Hasbro Pulse, Dungeons & Dragons Beyond, Secret Lair, and future brands. As Principal Product Manager, Unified DTC Platform and Experience, you will serve as the single-threaded product leader responsible for the end-to-end fan journey, from storefront discovery and checkout through order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase experience.
You will define and execute a holistic product strategy that spans front-end experience, backend commerce systems, and operational workflows, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all brands and regions. You will own the roadmap for Salesforce Order Management (OMS), fulfillment and logistics integrations (GXO, WMS, SAP), and post-purchase capabilities that improve delivery accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.
This role includes leading and growing a small team of Product Managers and Program Management, setting direction, driving alignment, and scaling product practices across the DTC organization. As a senior product leader, you will be accountable for delivering measurable improvements to order reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience, while partnering closely with Engineering, UX, Operations, and Customer Care to scale Hasbro’s global DTC platform.
This role sits at the center of a unified Product, Engineering, and UX organization, requiring strong cross-functional leadership to connect strategy, execution, and experience design into a cohesive platform vision.
This role is hybrid and requires three days a week in our Renton, WA office.
1. Define and Execute the End-to-End DTC Product Strategy- Own the product vision and roadmap across the full DTC ecosystem, including storefront experience, checkout, order management, fulfillment, and post-purchase journeys.
- Ensure alignment between front-end experience and backend capabilities, creating a seamless and scalable fan journey across all brands.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture to extend Salesforce OMS integrations with payment, tax, and logistics systems.
- Translate customer feedback and business goals into product requirements that improve fulfillment accuracy, reduce processing time, and support new fulfillment models.
- Define and drive platform-level OKRs spanning conversion, order success rates, fulfillment SLAs, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives that simplify and automate high-volume workflows, including refunds, address changes, and split shipments.
- Expand automation strategy across end-to-end workflows, reducing operational overhead and enabling scale across regions and brands.
- Collaborate with Customer Care and Digital Genius teams to deliver self-service capabilities and automated case resolution flows that reduce contact volume.
- Partner with Analytics to identify bottlenecks, measure process performance, and prioritize optimizations that deliver the highest business value.
- Standardize workflows, capabilities, and integrations to enable a scalable, unified DTC platform.
- Ensure all automation efforts align with compliance, tax, and financial reconciliation requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Program Management, establishing clear ownership, priorities, and growth paths.
