Office Manager
Weatherly Inn is a family-owned senior living community known for excellence in memory care and resident-centered support. We work closely with families to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a warm, professional environment.
The Office Manager oversees front desk operations, IT, payroll, bookkeeping, and staff benefits. This role requires organization, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced senior living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front desk staff and manage daily operations
- Oversee IT, network, and communications systems
- Process payroll and assist with in-house bookkeeping, reporting irregularities to Administrator
- Maintain accurate census and resident records
- Manage staff benefits, including medical, dental, 401k, PTO, and holidays
- Report needed repairs, unsafe conditions, or workplace incidents
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred (Accounting/Management) - 3+ years of office management or administrative experience
- WA State Driver's License required
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, ADP payroll, and general computer/network systems
- Strong multitasking, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 25 lbs; push 250 lb carts or residents as needed
- Sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and perform repetitive arm/hand motions
