Job Summary
This position is hybrid, requiring on‑site presence 1–3 days per week in Washington state. The role manages a high‑value healthcare provider network portfolio and unit cost performance for large physician groups, behavioral health providers, and facilities (SUD, IOP, PHP). The candidate will perform and present qualitative and quantitative analyses of financial and quality metrics for assigned accounts and work productively in a highly matrixed environment with visibility to all levels, including regular presentations with regional and national executives.
EssentialResponsibilities
- Promote learning by communicating information and providing advice to drive projects forward; build relationships with cross‑functional stakeholders; give and receive feedback; model team collaboration.
- Conduct or oversee business‑specific projects by applying deep expertise; partner internally and externally to make effective decisions; develop work plans; monitor progress and results; recognize improvement opportunities.
- Support continuous improvement by leveraging data‑driven approaches, driving implementation of process improvements, and consulting on provider and market data analyses to develop recommendations.
- Ensure contract commitments are met by validating data, conducting analyses, documenting and reporting provider activities, promoting guidelines, and consulting with PSA or equivalents.
- Support contract strategy development, proposing short‑term strategies to improve access while managing costs; lead cross‑functional work groups; develop training materials for new hires.
- Grow the provider network by identifying partners, managing partnerships, coordinating communication efforts, and supporting provider site visits.
- Contribute to provider satisfaction by consulting on contract issues, claims, billing, and reimbursement; provide innovative solutions and training materials.

- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university plus minimum seven (7) years of experience in health care delivery, managed care, customer relationship management, or a directly related field. OR minimum ten (10) years of experience in the same areas.
- Four (4) years of experience with health care regulatory compliance, contract writing, operations, legal research, or insurance/health plan governance.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
