Product Strategy Lead: Automation & Decision Intelligence

• Assists with the development and execution of a comprehensive product strategy

• Defines a product vision

• Conducts market research to identify future needs and market trends

• Helps define and maintain business cases for new products

• Manages the lifecycle of the product suite from concept to retirement

• Uses data and metrics to measure product performance

• Facilitates product launches with appropriate stakeholders

• Drives adoption of automation solutions to maximize Return on Investment

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Project Management and LEAN methodology
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing the development of business plans
• 3+ years of experience maintaining and/or developing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to develop IT project plans
• 3+ years of experience integrating cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Experience leading OKR or other organizational goal-setting processes
• Experience with Agile work-tracking tools such as JIRA and/or ADO
