Business Process Analyst 3
Location:
Renton, WA/Everett, WA Salary Range: $50 - $55/hour

IntroductionWe are seeking a dedicated Business Process Analyst to join our Fulfillment Process and Performance team. This role is crucial for implementing a new Warehousing Management System (Manhattan WMS) and involves integration with internal systems across BCA Assembly and Installation warehouses.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Experience in Warehouse Management Systems background.
- Experience with implementing Warehouse Management Systems or similar software solutions, preferably the Manhattan platform.
- Experience supporting applications/data warehouses in a production environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in Manhattan WMS, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Transportation, or other Supply Chain systems.
- Advanced understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated presentation skills for multiple audiences including executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple business processes.
- Develop a thorough understanding of Manhattan WMS functionality and its integration with host systems.
- Present analysis to senior managers and executive leadership team.
- Ensure organizational compliance with inventory management policies, contractual requirements, and governmental regulations.
