Senior Supply Chain Program Manager - Hybrid
The Senior Program Manager, Contract Services leads Providence’s contract lifecycle management strategy and operations, ensuring effective contract governance from intake through execution and ongoing administration. This role partners closely with Legal, Compliance, Supply Chain, and operational leaders to facilitate complex contract negotiations, provide expert redline review guidance, evaluate contractual risk, and support the development of contract strategies that align with organizational objectives.
The position is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise contracting processes, policies, standards, and governance frameworks that drive consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency. Through deep expertise in contract lifecycle management, process design, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration, the Senior Program Manager enables scalable contract operations, reduces cycle times, strengthens risk management practices, and supports informed business decision-making across the organization.

Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare, or related field.
- Coursework/Training Lean Six Sigma, Process Improvement.
- Coursework/Training Project Management.
- 10 or more years Experience in appropriate service segment, function, or area of focus.
