Senior HR Program Manager – Strategic Solutions

• Lead large, complex workforce initiatives through the full project management lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery
• Lead virtual teams
• Provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision‑making support to initiative sponsors and teams
• Ensure sustainable, scalable, user‑centric solutions are developed and implemented
• Support realization of business outcomes and drive change

• 6 years of professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation
• Demonstrated experience with independent decision making
• Experience with complex facilitation
• Experience with agile project management
• Experience with change management
• Experience mentoring
• Experience developing and delivering training
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred)
• PMP or ACP Certification upon hire (preferred)
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire (preferred)
• Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi‑state organization (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in leading complex workforce initiatives through the project management lifecycle, with a focus on agile methodologies, change management, and user‑centric solutions. Proven ability to mentor teams and drive strategic decision‑making to achieve business outcomes.
